Requirement Status

To update the requirement status, follow these steps:

  1. On the Requirement screen, click the Edit Status Edit Requirement Status Icon icon. The Update Requirement Status page appears.
  2. Select an appropriate option from the drop-down and click OK.

The requirement statuses are configurable. Please refer to the following table for requirement statuses.

Requirement Statuses
Status Status Code Description
New 00 Configure this status for a newly created requirement.
Outstanding 01 Configure this status for a requirement that is waiting for a requirement response from a requirement service provider (example: Milliman).
Pending 02 Configure this status for a requirement when some data needs to be fetched (by third party) before submitting the requirement to a requirement service provider.
Completed 03 Configure this status for a requirement that is complete.
Cancelled 05 Configure this status for a requirement that is no longer required.
Overdue 98 Configure this status for a requirement that is not fulfilled in the stipulated time (example: 20 days).
Expired 99 Configure this status for a requirement that has expired. For example, a requirement triggers a letter, and it is not received after stipulated time (example: 15 days) then you can expire the requirement.
DELETED DELETED Configure this status for a requirement that is deleted. For example, when you reverse an activity that created the requirement.

Note: Requirement Status filter can be used in combination with other existing filters to refine the requirements, and the results will be displayed based on the selected filter combinations. The default value is set to All, however, users can reselect one or multiple statuses to refine the results.

Activity Requirement Table Enhancement

  • Sort option is enabled on Activity Requirement Table columns.

  • Users can sort column by clicking the sort arrows icon next to the column name.

  • By default, the system sorts the requirement table entries by last modified date and creation date.

  • Requirement Status Combo is available on the right top of Activity Requirement screen.

  • By default, the system selects All in the Requirement Status combo box. Users select a requirement status to show only requirements with that status on the screen.
